£25m scheme launched

A prestigious £25m riverside development in Nottingham – The Yacht Club Riverside – was showcased to buyers in July during a series of exclusive events hosted by developer KMRE Group. Details of the 81 exclusive waterfront apartments and penthouses, which are currently being built on the banks of the River Trent, were launched at The M Club in London and Colwick Hall.

The new-build residential scheme will feature one, two and three-bedroom apartments from £165,000 and twobedroom bespoke interior-designed penthouses starting from £400,000.

The development spans 1.5 acres and is being delivered by Hollycroft Construction alongside Franklin Ellis Architects.
