The attractions of the Junghof Plaza revitalisation project in Frankfurt have seen a new addition with the signing of a lease between project development partners FGI Frankfurter Gewerbeimmobilien GmbH and PGIM Real Estate, with high-quality restaurant L’Osteria. Co-ordination of the lease agreement between L’Osteria and the project developers was facilitated by BNP Paribas Real Estate.
With its ideal location at the centre of Frankfurt am Main’s banking and business district near Fressgass, Goethestraße and Alte Oper, L’Osteria will open with more than 700 square metres in the new Junghof Plaza in Junghofstraße 14-16, which is expected to be completed in the summer of 20 20. After an extensive restructuring project, the former office building will be a mixed-use property with highly modern office premises, a hotel, retail and restaurant premises as well as two courtyards,
In addition to the contract with L’Osteria, another lease has been signed with a day bar, which will also be located on the ground floor of the plaza. With these contracts, at the time of the current demolition period, about 25 per cent of the roughly 2900 square metres of available retail and restaurant premises have been leased.
