High end for Henley

J. Murphy and Sons Ltd has been appointed principal contractor on a project valued at over £11 million by Catalyst Capital, to construct 14 high end residential apartments and ten retail units in Henley-on-Thames. The project will give the town additional high quality residential and commercial properties in a thriving area. The development will also feature a surface level car park to serve the residential properties.

Shaun Sheldrake, Murphy’s managing director of construction & property said: “This project is a really interesting mixed use scheme in the heart of the community. We will be putting retail customers and local residents at the heart of this work and will do everything we can to minimise disruption.”

The development project began in August 2018 when the site was established and archaeology works started.
