New development

As part of the scheme, the housebuilders will provide for upgraded highways infrastructure to support the delivery of a Local Centre and Care Home, while a further 1.05 hectares of serviced land will be made available for a primary school and allotments. The builders will make a combined £10m contribution to the community, going towards local primary and secondary schools, a Special Area of Conservation, and sports and leisure facilities.
