Ready for take off

Topcon GB & Ireland has added a new unmanned aerial system (UAS) to its product range to give customers greater precision and flexibility for survey and mapping applications.

The Falcon 8 has been created to offer a versatile system that is capable of both inspection and survey tasks in challenging environments. With its rotary-wing system and robust design, the UAS can take off and land in almost any location and is fully operational in extreme weather conditions. It is also resistant to temperature variations and will make automatic compensations in heavy winds, reducing the need for pilot corrections.

With two models available, the GeoEXPERT and the InspectionPRO, the Falcon 8 can be used for a wide range of applications including geodata capture, agricultural projects and structural inspection and monitoring.
